Dyonisos completed a fantastic double for the yard with a decisive victory in the Believe Money Group Handicap at Doncaster on Friday.
Settled just behind the pace by Edward Greatrex, the four-year-old travelled strongly throughout the five-furlong contest before being switched into the clear approaching the final furlong. Once asked for his effort, Dyonisos quickened impressively to lead inside the closing stages and kept on well to score by three-quarters of a length.
The victory capped an excellent afternoon for the team, following One And Gone’s success earlier in the day, with Dyonisos producing a polished performance to bring up a double for the yard.
Congratulations to his owner, Mrs Fitri Hay, and to Edward Greatrex, who timed his challenge to perfection to partner Dyonisos to a well-deserved success.
