This is one of the busiest times of the year for me, with a full fixture list plus Sales in the UK, Ireland and France to attend and monitor.
Luckily, I have a fantastic team at Dominion Racing Stables to help keep things moving in the right direction, plus the invaluable support of Paolo the vet.
In terms of winners, it has been a good week with successes posted by Ferryview Place at Haydock, Cashpoint in Deauville and See The Storm at Chepstow.
There are plenty of new inmates at the yard following successful recent forays to the sales, and I can’t wait to get the new stable block open – we are currently full to our maximum capacity at the main yard and the overflow stables.
Looking ahead, I am going to be busy in France at the Arqana July Sales, and then there is a plethora of racing in the UK to manage with up to twenty runners from the yard set to hit the track in the next week or so.
Please follow me on Twitter at twitter.com/ianwilliamsraci for my latest thoughts on views on our runners.
I will also be posting the date for our 2014 Open Day shortly, so please make a note of this and make sure that you try and come along – we have a lot to show you, and not such a parade of horses!
Be lucky.
Ian
