Midtech Star completed a double on turf when following up his win at Bath last month with a grinding success under Luke Morris at Doncaster tonight.
The Kodiac gelding was only put up 2lbs in the handicap for his neck win at Bath, and the winning margin tonight was the same.
He is still rated 21lbs higher on the all-weather!
