That’s twice in less than a week that Haliphon has been involved in dramatic finishes!
At Epsom last Saturday, he went down by a nose in a driving finish and this afternoon at York, he went down by a head but this time got the verdict after a Stewards’ Enquiry.
This was a 3rd career win for the 5yr old Showcasing gelding but a first success for us, having come from France in the Spring.
He has an entry at Royal Ascot next week, but let’s see how he comes out the race in the next couple of days.
