Gala Celebration has only recently joined the yard, but was well handicapped on the best of his old form, and he won well at Chelmsford City under Jamie Spencer.
Jamie last rode a winner for me some 1,595 days ago, but he still remains 2nd only to Stevie Donohoe in the list of flat jockeys who’ve ridden winners for the yard.
In typical Jamie style, he produced Gala Celebration from last to first and won comfortably by a length and a half from Frozen Lake.
