Cool Sky proved himself a really decent dual-purpose horse, winning for the 8th time in his career when posting his fifth win on the flat at Nottingham.

He enjoyed the soft ground at Colwick Park, and under a positive ride from Stevie Donohoe, he won by a length and a half from his mark of 79.

Cool Sky won twice in 2012, twice in 2013, three times last year and hopefully this success will not be his last in 2015.

He is versatile with regards to ground, having won twice on fast ground over hurdles, as well as winning on all-weather surfaces and coping well with soft turf.
