See The Storm wins his third race from his last four starts, off a career high mark of 75, and gives Katie Harrington her first win in the UK. The remarkable See The Storm posted his eighth career success at Ascot on Saturday and will look to complete a quick hat-trick at Goodwood on Thursday.
This is his second spell with Ian Williams, and he came back to Dominion Racing Stables with a bang with a win at Chepstow in June, and then went in again off a career high mark of 69 at Redcar in July, before defying a 6lb penalty to land the Lady Riders Handicap on King George Day at Ascot. He has won eight times in his career, four over 6f and four over 7f.
The plan now is to go to Goodwood on Thursday where See The Storm will be ridden by super-model Edie Campbell in the Magnolia Cup. Edie won the inaugural running of this prestigious charity race and has been down to Dominion Racing Stables regularly as she prepares to try and land a second win in this sprint. Edie sat on See The Storm last week, and with her mount in top form, she will have a great ride on Thursday.
