Almanack wins at Wolverhampton

Almanack recorded his third career win and first over a mile at Wolverhampton.

The 4yr old son of Haatef was rewarded for his consistency with a second win of the season, and his second under Nathan Alison.

The bay owned by stable stalwart Phil Slater has been a model of consistency this year and was rewarded with a win off his higher all-weather mark of 72.

Rated as high as 92 as a juvenile with Tommy Stack, Almanack won from a more realistic mark of 72 at Wolverhampton.
