Taurian, under a good ride from Ryan Bird, got the better of a three-way photo at Lingfield to post her first win.
Being a half-sister to a winner over 2m5f, the step up to 12f for the first time, added to running off a career low mark of 65, it was no surprise that Taurian ran her best race to date.
She was still keen in the early part of the race, but she showed plenty up the final straight to get off the mark for enthusiastic owners.
