Ship Of The Fen successfully stepped up in trip when defying top weight on his debut for the yard under Jason Watson at Salisbury.

He tracked the pace until being switched to challenge by Jason at the two pole.

He took a while to hit top gear, but he stormed away inside the final furlong to pull over four lengths clear of General Zoff by the line.
