Shady McCoy won really well last Friday at Ascot under a masterful ride from Ryan Moore and backed that up a week later with his 9th career success under top weight at York with Richard Kingscote riding.
Held up off a strong pace, Shady McCoy crept into the race up the home straight and had the leaders covered from 2f out.
Brought to challenge inside the final furlong, Shady showed him customary change of pace to seal the deal under a hand ride from Richard Kingscote.
