Party Business for Eventmasters stepped up in trip to get off the mark over timber with a clear cut win in the Howden Maiden Hurdle at Ascot under Charlie Todd.
The 5yr old took a keen hold of the bridle early on and Charlie did well to get his mount settled in the first mile of the race.
He made a move from the rear with under a mile to run and went second before the 2nd last flight. A great leap at the last took him to the front and he stayed on strongly to the line to be three lengths clear of the favourite.
