Matewan wins at Ripon

Matewan bounced back to form to win at Ripon under PJ McDonald.

Taking advantage of a class drop and dispensing with the cheekpieces did the trick today.

Held up by PJ, Matewan took issue at the two pole and then stayed on well to the line to win by a length.
