Charlie Todd hit a career milestone at Cheltenham this afternoon when riding his 75th winner and thereby riding out his claim.
The landmark success came on Malakahna for the Macable Partnership who completed her hat-trick in typically game fashion.
Held up by Charlie, her early race position wasn’t helped by a mistake at the second hurdle.
The 4yr old got herself into contention going down the hill and after hitting the front on the run to the last, she stayed on strongly to beat La Renommee by a length and three quarters at the line.
