Garitsa Bay wins at Stratford

Garitsa Bay for John Nicholls broke his duck over hurdles with a narrow success at Stratford under Charlie Todd.

Running in just his second handicap, Charlie had the 6yr old well placed throughout.

Hard ridden from the turn for home, Garitsa Bay challenged the front-running pair at the final flight. Staying on well, he hit the front close home and won by a head.
