Etania won her second race over fences when stepping up in trip at Worcester on 1st July.

She had shown at Newton Abbot last month that she was likely to benefit from a step up in trip, and under a patient ride from Tom O’Brien, she duly won nicely over 2m 7f at Worcester.

Her jumping was sound and economical, and having been brought into contention in the final half mile of the race, she stayed on well after the last to win by a length and a quarter.

In the form she is now, there is no reason Etania won’t go on to enjoy a decent summer jumping campaign, and give her passionate owners, Kiren and Hickesh Parmar a lot of fun.
