Bred by Kirsten Rausing and originally owned by Godolphin, this grey son of Dutch Art never raced for the boys in blue.
He was picked out at the Ascot Sales by Harvey Williams in July 2019 and today made a winning debut at Ludlow under Charlie Todd.
Held up in the early stages, Charlie started his move before the home turn.
He was ridden to challenge two furlongs out, hit the front a furlong down and held on well close home to beat the favourite by a neck.
