Despite his win at Newcastle last month, Boy In The Bar is still on a 10lbs lower mark on the all-weather compared to the turf and he won for the second time on an artificial surface tonight, and for the first time over 7f, when winning under Josie Gordon at Chelmsford.
The victory brings up 50 wins on the flat this year and also takes the yard earnings to over £1m.
