The veteran Black Kalanisi for The Harefield Racing Club backed up his recent win at Pontefract with a comfortable victory at Newmarket under Richard Kingscote.
The 10yr old travelled supremely well on the heavy ground at HQ and went clear up the hill to win by four and half lengths.
This was a 9th career win from just 37 starts.
