Banditry has been a great servant to the yard, and made it four wins from his last ten starts when winning from a career high mark of 94 under James Doyle at Newmarket.

I’m never a fan of a horse being put up in the handicap after a defeat, and I wasn’t overly pleased when the assessor put Banditry up 4lbs for his second at Chelmsford City last time.

However, I tip my hat to the handicapper as he got it right!
