Ballyfarsoon recorded his first win on turf today when landing the staying handicap under PJ McDonald.
He showed on his previous run at Bath that his turn was close, and the first time blinkers may have made the difference today.
Ballyfarsoon was a bit keen in the early stages, but after looking to be outpaced at the bottom of the hill, he stayed on dourly for pressure to win by a neck.
