A Tail Of Intrigue made a great start to his chasing career when getting off the mark on his first run over the bigger obstacles at Huntingdon.
While most of the racing world was focused on Longchamp and Treve’s remarkable second win in the Arc, jump racing fans were treated to a master ride by the under-rated Will Kennedy.
Judging the pace when a horse tears off in front is never easy, especially around a speed favouring track like Huntingdon, but Will used his skill and experience to get A Tail Of Intrigue home in good style.
The extended two miles at Huntingdon is the bare minimum for A Tail Of Intrigue, so it was an excellent effort, and his passionate connections can look forward to further excitement this season.
A Tail Of Intrigue has won or been second in half his races!
