Jess has been with Ian Williams Racing since July 31st, 2023 as secretary, and since 2018 as a work rider. She worked as an assistant trainer with her father for eight years in the Worcestershire area, rode in point-to-points, and enjoyed breaking in the homebred babies. She also worked as an instructor and assessor at the National Horseracing College for 10 years and, in 2020, joined Racing Welfare as a welfare officer.
