New to the yard in November 2021.

He went down by a nose in a desperately close finish at Epsom (4th June). But got his head in front – in a manner of speaking – at York (10th June) when getting the verdict after a Stewards’ Enquiry.

He put up a career best at Chester (16th July) to land the £100k Tote Handicap under Ben Sanderson. He ran 4th in the Old Borough Cup at Haydock (3rd September).

He ran 2nd on his debut over hurdles at Fakenham (14th). He returned to form when 2nd to an improver at Yarmouth (27th July). He dropped down in class and ran 3rd at Redcar (7th October). He finished 2nd at Epsom (3rd July).

He got his head back in front when Bella Oliver rode her first winner at Haydock (5th September). Racing under a penalty, he ran 4th at Epsom (12th September). He finished 3rd at Kempton (19th December). He ran a strong 2nd at Leicester (10th May) and then finished 3rd at Doncaster (6th June). Last time out he never got competitive at Newcastle (28th June).
