Bought at Tattersalls, Ascot in March

Stepping up to 12f, he got off the mark when making all under Rossa Ryan at Ffos Las (17th July). He followed up from a 6lbs higher mark when again making all, this time under Cam Hardie at Thirsk (3rd August). He completed the hat-trick by gamely winning at Windsor (15th August).

He switched to the all-weather in the Racing League and ran a game 3rd at Newcastle (22nd August). He ran 2nd at Kempton (7th September).

Returning from a break, he only gave best close home when 4th at Haydock (26th April). Showing the benefit of that race, he put up a career best with a wide margin win at Ascot (10th May). He ran 5th in the Northern Dancer at Epsom (7th June). He ran a solid 3rd in the Old Newtown Cup at Haydock (5th July). He finished 2nd at Ascot (12th July) before returning to the same course and distance last time to win the £80,000 Shergar Cup Challenge (9th August).

Returning from a break, he finished well behind at Newcastle (16th January). Last time out he ran 4th at Newcastle (6th March).
