Sceptic returned to winning ways with a determined success at Kempton yesterday under Toby Moore.
The consistent 6-year-old was slowly into stride before recovering to race prominently and travelled strongly throughout the contest. Asked for his effort turning for home, Sceptic responded gamely inside the final furlong and stayed on well under pressure to score by half a length.
The son of No Nay Never showed a willing attitude throughout to secure another success for the yard.
